Christmas 2009 in Cali

We spent Christmas in California and GG's sis and family joined us from Kazakhstan and Alaska! Here are some pics from our adventures.

We decorated Gma and Gpa's Christmas tree. J did a fabulous job helping out.

Once F found the gold train there was no more decorating for him.

We spent a good amount of time taking walks because it was warm (at 45 degrees) compared to Wisconsin.

We took the ancient radio flyer red wagon for many jaunts to the park. Even Auntie T took a ride and cousin C pulled.

We discovered an ambulance on one of our walks and the EMTs let the kids get in the back to check it out:

Everyone got to hear their heartbeats with the stethoscope! They were fascinated.

It was so fun to see the di Franco cousins all together.

On another walk cousin L convinced the fire fighters to let the kids sit in the fire truck. I think that was the highlight of F's trip.

Christmas morning was chaos - what can you expect with a 2, 4, 9, and 19 year old opening gifts all at once? Here is J in a beautiful dress from Kazakhstan:

And F loved his construction trucks:

There were many snuggles (here is Auntie T, cousin L, and J):

And tuckered out kids (F with Gma):

And I have to add this last pic in from our 2nd Christmas back in WI with the other set of Gparents because it gave us a glimpse into what our little J might be heading for in her teen years. Our little princess:
